Timoteo faithfully led the construction team responsible for bringing the Miracle Campus to life. Every workday was about more than building. Teams gathered to pray, encourage one another, and proclaim the hope of the Gospel before lifting a single tool. Engineers, interns, laborers, and team members encountered Christ not simply as the foundation of the project, but as the Lord of their lives.
God opened the door for an even deeper partnership with Scalpel, allowing Timoteo to use his leadership and wisdom to serve the mission in new ways. We are grateful to recognize Timoteo Hidalgo as he continues to step into the role of Executive Field Director for Scalpel At The Cross – Peru.
Timoteo is a servant leader whose life is marked by intentionality, humility, and unwavering faith. Whether mentoring others, leading teams, serving his family, or stewarding the vision God has entrusted to this ministry, Christ remains at the center of everything he does.
In this role, Timoteo helps strengthen and lead our mission on the ground by cultivating relationships, developing leaders, empowering teams, and faithfully stewarding the people, resources, and opportunities God continues to provide as the Miracle Campus moves forward.
