Peter Cole, MHA

Having spent so much of his childhood with the mission in his second home (Pucallpa) Peter and Scalpel have grown together from their infancies. Now, Peter’s role within the mission is dedicated to helping address the limiting constraints preventing the mission from reaching more people faster, by orchestrating the vision, strategy, and teams to do so. Peter leverages his leadership experience at BoneFoam (another growth-stage medical organization) to help pave the way for how Scalpel At The Cross can too scale its impact to better support the Spiritual, Orthopaedic, and Socioeconomic needs of its patient population and those who serve them. His scope of responsibilities include the strategy for Scalpel’s US team and advancement, as well as the buildout and resourcing of our Miracle Campus.
