Brad (Popo to his grandchildren) has been involved with Medical Missions since 2008, all in with Scalpel since 2016 and joined the Scalpel Board in 2021. An Orthopaedic Surgeon and Orthopaedic Surgicalist, Dr. White splits his time between NH and NC. He was first introduced to Orthopaedic Medical Missions by the Haiti earthquake of 2010. Married 43 years to Pamela (aka Pia), he has 3 married children living in 3 different states, 8 grandchildren under 7, and 3 wonderful parts of the country to visit. His daughter Margo and son-in-law Marcel, with 3 of the grandchildren, now live in Winston-Salem NC where Marcel is an Orthopaedic Resident and PhD. candidate at Wake Forest. They have both been to Peru with Scalpel and likewise hope to make it a regular part of their lives for decades to come.
